Meet Heather Durenberger: a beacon of inspiration, a nurturing guide, and a storyteller of human potential. If your vision is for a lifetime, plant people” – Heather lives and breathes the art of nurturing growth.

When not nurturing hearts and minds through storytelling, Heather consults with nonprofit board and leadership teams focusing on strategy and high-performing boards. Her passion is guiding nonprofit leaders through local cohort groups and teaching graduate students at St. Mary’s University, infusing her warmth and wisdom. Amidst her roles, Heather cherishes her title as a proud wife and momma to four incredible humans and her 100-pound black Lab Scout. A self-proclaimed nerd, her home brims with cherished books. She loves to volunteer and encourages others to volunteer and serve others.
